The other two up for the title are Charlie Sheen (Three and a Half Men) and Kiefer Sutherland (24).
Great guys all around, but no one beats McDreamy :D

Patrick Dempsey has incredible sex appeal and charisma. With age, he has definitely come into his own charm and innocently captures you with it.
