Well… People has revealed their first choice for the sexiest man alive and it turned out to be George Clooney.

So what’s your pick for sexiest man alive?

Should Patrick have been bumped up one, or do you agree that he comes second to George Clooney?

George Clooney’s choice for sexiest man alive is actually Matt Damon. ;)

    I think they (People Magazine) cleary have a brain anuerysm and need immediate help. Patrick Dempsey should be the winner hands down-no questions asked. I will now have to boycott People until they come to their senses.

    Okay, I saw that and I thought it was stupid. Obviously Patrick should’ve been the sexiest man alive. But no one asked the 25 million fans of Grey’s what we think.

    I think that was a great injustice done here. I know that if we were all consulted on this that he would definitely be our Sexiest Man alive!!! We need a doctor in the house!!!!!

    UGH HELLO?????? When i herd that i was like WTF???? PD is sooo sexy, hott, and cute all rolled into one! i mean no offense to you clooney lovers but george is kinda old…didn’t his chances expire? Sure, he has the whole smoky look but where is the dreaminess?? we all KNOW pd has that..after all he is MCDREAMY! Well hopefully next year people will think about this and relize that patrick is their ONLY choice for the title!
